      Welcome! L Heart J Horsemanship is located in the beautiful sandhills of Nebraska north of Spalding 12 miles, or about 70 miles north of Grand Island. I specialize in gentle colt starting the correct way. I expect a lot out of each colt I work with, but don't use force to get my results. Through my life experiences with horses, I've developed a method that works for each colt. I have taken classes on colt starting and attended many clinics and seminars throughout the years and have learned from each experience.

My facility:

I currently have a 6 stall barn. Each stall is 10 x 12 and has rubber flooring. Attached is a 40 foot run made of safe, continuous fencing.




Recently added to the facility is a 75' X 130' hoop building used as an indoor arena.
